Maskew Rhino Anode Insulator
The Maskew Rhino Anode Insulators are injection moulded from Polypropylene.
They are available to fit 6mm and 8mm Anodes, and are supplied with re-usable fixing pins.
The design of the Rhino Anode Spacer reduces shadowing which increases the copper yield.
The Rhino Anode Spacers are used in Electrowinning plants, proven to be reliable, durable and effective in improving current efficiencies and spacing between Anodes and Cathodes.
Maskew Anode Insulator Buttons
Two types are available, “cone” or “star” type. Injection moulded from polypropylene, insulator buttons are supplied in two halves and screw together through holes in the anode and maintain an effective spacing between the anode and cathode in the electro-winning cell.
Maskew Anode Stiffeners
Maskew Manufactures and supplies Anode Stiffeners, manufactured from polypropylene, they are designed with multiple fixing points, making spacers very difficult to dislodge.
These stiffeners are used in major electrowinning plants, proven to be reliable, durable and effective at improving current efficiencies.

Maskew Manufactures Header Bar Separators, moulded from polypropylene, these separators are used in major electrowinning plants.
Maskew Diamond Anode Side Spacer
Injection moulded from polypropylene and are fixed to the side of an anode.
These insulators act as guides on the side and are available to fit 8mm or 6mm anodes. They are supplied complete with re-useable fixing pins
Maskew Anode Separators
Injection moulded from polypropylene and placed into holes drilled along the bottom of the anode these separators help maintain an effective spacing between the anode and cathode thus reducing the risk of shorting.
